What is the difference between the KLW-C2, KLW-C4, and KLW-W1?

The KLW-C2 and KLW-C4 are full-color digital night vision monoculars that use a CMOS sensor to capture color images in very low light (0.0001 Lux). The KLW-C4 adds 4x optical zoom and extends range to 500 m. The KLW-W1 is a AI full-color vision monocular that detects heat signatures — it works in total darkness, fog, rain, and smoke where color night vision cannot operate.

Are Keliway products certified for civilian use?

Yes. All Keliway products carry CE, EMC, FCC, and RoHS certifications. They are designed and sold exclusively for civilian outdoor applications including farm security, wildlife observation, and outdoor exploration.

How do I connect the device to my smartphone?

All three Keliway models support Wi-Fi connectivity. Download the Keliway app (iOS and Android) from the App Store or Google Play. Enable Wi-Fi on your device, connect to the monocular’s hotspot network, and open the app to view live video, capture photos, and adjust settings remotely.

What is the battery life and can I use a power bank?

Battery life varies by model: KLW-C2 up to 8 hours, KLW-C4 up to 10 hours, KLW-W1 up to 6 hours. All models support USB-C charging and are compatible with standard power banks for extended field use.

What is the warranty policy?

Keliway products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims or repair inquiries, contact us at info@keliway.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Do you offer OEM or custom branding?

Warranty repairs or replacements are processed within 5–10 business days. Out-of-warranty repairs are quoted before any work is performed.
